Terms of Service

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address; there is no password. Keep access to that mailbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate profile information.

Use the Service for lawful software development only. Do not use it to produce malware, to attack or probe systems you are not authorised to test, to infringe others' intellectual property, or to violate applicable law. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service or access other users' data.

You own the prompts, files and attachments you provide and the code the Service generates from them. We claim no ownership of your projects. You are responsible for reviewing generated code before relying on it: it may be incomplete, insecure or wrong.

The Service sends your prompts and project files to the AI provider you connect (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or an Ollama server you run). Your use of that provider is governed by its own terms and pricing, and you are responsible for the API keys you store with us and the charges they incur. Keys are encrypted at rest and never shown back to you or anyone else.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted operation and may change or discontinue features. Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently nil on the free plan).

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your projects, files, messages and stored keys. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app, and continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them.
